Do I have to bear the costs of the return myself?

If you make use of the 30-day money-back guarantee because you dislike the product, you have to bear the costs of returning the goods yourself (please shipping only in original packaging covered with paper or cardboard).

In case of complaints or returns which can be attributed to a problem or misunderstanding at Thomann we will cover the return postage during the first 30 days. In most cases it´s not possible to send the parcel at your end free of charge, but we´ll credit you for the shipping cost.

We can not accept returns sent with cash on delivery.
