Are all your products factory-fresh and in original packaging?

Yes ! Unless especially indicated, the products, which we buy as an authorised dealer from official suppliers, are always new and in original packaging.

This question is very often asked by customers who can hardly believe how low our prices are. Apparently, some other dealers only admit when they are asked that a product is B-stock.

Concerning this, you are on the safe side with Thomann !

In principle, we specifically indicate B-stock and usually market it only in specials (such as our HotNews mailing list) in order to avoid confusion with regular offers.

If you receive equipment which is in original packaging but not in factory-fresh first-condition it might be a product to which the German distributor or we ourselves had to add the manual or something like that later, or a product which had been returned by another customer within the scope of our money-back guarantee.

Latter products are always checked by us if they are complete and working. They are free from defects and you get the same warranty claim like for any other brand-new good. Nevertheless, you have the possibility to exchange the product for a factory-fresh one (if available) within 14 days after the purchase.
