What can I do with faulty equipment?
All our products are 'factory fresh', and as we buy exclusively as authorised dealer from official distributors, your equipment is secured by a variety of guarantee services.
Please call Thomann's customer support on: (+0049) 9546 9223 55/56 - or write a short email to: info@thomann.de - Thomann will then clarify the modalities of the return.
Goods that have been bought at Thomann recently (normaly 30 days) and are still in stock, will usually be exchanged immeadiatly for new products, so that you are able to use your Thomann purchased equipment as soon as possible again.
Out of stock or special custom-made products will usually be repaired within a very short period of time in one of our six service departments, since we know that many of our customers depend on their Thomann purchased equipment.
Please always enclose a letter with your return and state your customer number code as well as the invoice number, (the best thing to do is enclose a copy of the invoice itself).
