What can I do if I donīt like the delivered goods?
At Thomann you are granted a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products which appear on the frontpage Hot Deals panels.
Within this period of time you can return the products (even without any reason). We will then credit the price of the product to your customer account for future purchases or book the money to your credit card / bank account or send you a cheque.

Please quote that you purchased through DANCETECH - Thomann will then inform you about the formalities of the return.
Please always enclose the yellow return-note with the parcel, so that we can transfer the refund as soon as possible (as a credit of your customer account or via check).
If you donīt have this form, please send enclose a letter stating: from who, what, why, how to proceed.
Brass and woodwind instruments are not included in our money-back guarantee for hygienic reasons. Software, notes, videos, etc. can only be returned unopened in original packaging.
Please again note that the money-back guarantee is not valid for special order items outside of the Hot Deals.
Thomann stock a huge selection of items for instant shipping and wrong 'specialist-products' stuck in the warehouses only increase the overall prices & slows down the shipments. - Please make the correct investigation of the product, it's specifications and ability to work in the way you require and make sure it is suitable for your needs when it comes to 'special order' items (any NON HOT-DEAL well known product).
