How long does the shipping of my internet order take ?

This depends very much on the products, but 90% of our orders are processed the same day and shipped within 24 hours.

Since Thomann is located in Germany, they can only guarantee the shipping times for their carriers in Germany & you can find the indication of the shipping times on their German product pages.

If you would like to know the shipping time to your country feel free to request this information by mailing: info@thomann.de - However, for most items the time will be just a few days for European delivery.

You can probably imagine that there are many steps before your order ships. After an order has been entered into the system, the computer checks that the products are available, calculate the best route for our collectors at the warehouse and then after a successful collection an invoice for available goods gets printed. Despite our serious efforts in improving our logistics every day, there are times when our suppliers let us down or other unexpected events occur.

However, our central purchasing department - the fire brigade at Thomann - always tries its very best in order to obtain the ordered equipment as soon as possible.

So far all our suppliers have confirmed that Thomann makes by far the greatest effort concerning warehousing and logistics and that nobody else in this business has so many current products in stock and available for shipping. In many cases we actually stock more than our suppliers.
