4/4, shuffle, 3 different kick sounds, different snares, different hats, keep it changing. bpm? check the records.

that is a HUGE subject.... d'ya wanna break it down a bit?.. cos garage is a BIG genre beatwise, it's gone way past the early skip & jump days.
