Tweak.zip

XP Pro is your best choice. Its ultimately tweakable and has many multi-media enhancements since 2000. I still use it for Logic and it is as stable as a rock. Just ensure that you switch off everything: Themes/Styles, Visual Effects, Updates, Disk Performance checking, System Restore, etc, etc. There are loads of tweaks that you need to do in fact. I've attached a zip file with all of the reading material I have on tweaking XP. It should cover everything.

well..... have system restore ON after getting your installs right and everything working - then save it - then switch it off - that way you have a saved config ....shirley ?

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!

oh yeah, and use FAT32, not NTFS format for the drive when you install... for easiest results & working
