Gonna get new computer.

1. What can I do to keep it as silent as possible (but no water cooling)? Casing? Something else? Please post links if you know something about this.

2. Can you recommend a good moterboard for Pentium IV 3200Mhz?

Well.. I just went to a computer shop and asked advice...

Moterboard I ordered is Asus P4C800.

Most silent casing and power supply they recommend is Antec Sonata Piano Black 380W.

Check out quietpc.com, they do really quiet CPU coolers, Graphix card coolers etc and other sound proofing stuff for your PC.

I've used their PSU, and coolers along with sound proofing materials on my PC, and I can't hear it atall.
