@ ax 44's...1 Dsp 2416 card...Shouldnt I be able to have 8 inputs at once with this setup..using Cake walk?..I can only get 4 at once...but I have 8 out...Do I need another 2416 dsp card?

isnt this to do with enabling the additional 4 inputs in cake's preferences?

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!

You need to use the DSP Factory mixer panel in Cakewalk to route the inputs to busses into the machine.. See the DSP factory is a full-blown mixer on a card, and it works just like a digital mixer. You route tracks to busses, busses into the PC.

Do a search for DSP Factory at Cakewalk and you'll find what you need.
