I use Hercules game theater xp 6.1 sound card..with external component;..How would I connect the Ub1202 to it.....any one out there who knows'

that mixer doesn't support surround monitoring. Stereo only. Your cheapest option would be a receiver-type home stereo with a discreet 5.1 aux input. If you only want to do stereo, you're fine with the behringer
