I've just got logic to try out after cubase and having an annoying problem of not being able to find the MIDI view!

when i open a channel I keep getting the score view and cant get off it. can someone help?

it's in the preferences somewhere, "double click opens" and you can choose between score or piano roll

indeed- also checkout screensets - assign the F keys to drum edit (hyper edit), piano edit (matrix edit), mixer, audio pool etc

Logic's screensets rock and they remember how you last left them
