the LM9 doesnt 'sample' sounds, it plays samples from a ready-made sample set which is fixed in a delimited txt file which accompanies the LM9 - read the LM9 page here and it explains how to change kits using a work-around technique of moddifying the txt file.
But frankly it's easier to use one of the many great free drumboxes out there which feature sample loading options as part of the programme rather than as a 'work around' like with LM9
Do a search in our FILES section ('Files' icon in the site top menu bar) and do a name-search for 'RMF' - you'll find the excellent & free RMF drumbox which loads samples..... there's plenty of others out there of course.

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!

this one looks cool, not tried it, but 24 slots and 6 stereo outs wave player which could function perfectly as a drumbox i suppose
