Great stuff as always. Somehow the voice sample makes it sound a bit "oldschool" at the beginning, but the ruthless drum patterns quickly restore the proper balance. 
I think your stuff is getting more and more melodic don't you agree? Not that one doesn't welcomes the mental healing here and there in the deep dark madness 
What gives the main synth this fuzzy dirty distorted sound BTW?

Glad you liked it! Rags, the synth at the very start (not sure if you mean *that* distorted sound) ;)... is the Korg MS-20, one of the oscillator levels to max to get that overdriven touch and some noise patched into the filter. I kinda went for the oldskool mark by adding that sample (it's from some oldskool rap so you're observation makes sense!) Not sure if it's all getting more melodic but somehow I do think it's getting a bit more balanced out. Anyway, glad you both enjoyed it.
