I have recently purchased this product from yourselves but cant get it working.I've done what it says in the instructions but I'm only getting an INSERT CARD message on my screen, so I must be doing something fundamentally wrong. I have a folder on my SD card entitled BANK0 and that folder contains 2 jpeg files numbered 001 and 002 both having song lyrics in them. I look forward to your reply as I'm eager to start loading up all our lyrics, I am using as a monitor the Phillips 170W4P screen
