using a RM1X, Juno and cd player to fill out the sound. If anyone wants to know
how it turns out, I'll let you know!

would use a foot switch to make the changes. The guitar player had a looping box
that he used to layer parts with as well. He also had plenty of stomp boxes for
some dubbed out effects. I used one of my favorite combos, my Juno thru a delay
pedal with the feedback cranked up, for some epic space funk noodle sessions.
Having the drums programmed sounded surprisingly natural in some cases. I
made sure to keep the loops pretty long with subtle variations throughout. Good
times!

going and it's a weekly gig, so I've been working on new material mostly. It's cool,
the first time I've done a weekly. It's fun to see material make it from the basement
to the gig so quickly. We have to start bringing in more vocals, which is kind of a
bitch, but necesary to grab people's attention in a bar. One good sing-along goes a
long way to help people appreciate 3 spaced out instrumentals!

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!
