This one is odd - The HNM_Wavelet

Their site info says this of the plugin:

approximates the signal with the DWT (mother wavelets supported: hat), works as low, high and band pass filter. The plug is no standard filter. It's more a kind of signal reconstructor and mutilator.

and i haven't a clue what that DWT means! - I looked it up on the net - DON'T ASK!!... But something like this might be a page title:

Nonlinear Shrinkage of Undecimated DWT for Noise Reduction and Data Compression.

:0 - all i do know is it's like a filter... The FILTER control selects band, hi or lo pass type and the ITERATIONS seems to be like cutoff - the others?... well you'll have to try it... it sortof sounds like the serially connected subtle mangling effects -

The first control; WAVELET switches alteratively to read: Hat, Haar, Hat->Haar, Haar->hat - (whatever they mean) - Hat sounds thinner, like as if you've switched in a filter and added some grit ot subtle very fast delay effects of some type,... Haar sounds fatter and has a sort of odd distorted flutter, the other two settings combine them.

Look, it's freeware, and this makes some very interesting sounds - well that's an understatement !! - So just go and download it via the link in the right hand column... You wont regret it.
