Could you tell me if the Boss VT-1 will allow me to slowly change the sound of my voice until I find a sound that I can work with. My voice is high-pitched and I want to deepen/change it so as it doesn't sound like me but is natural. I am not looking for any bizarre effects such as chipmunk or robotics and am not too bothered about harmonizing - just vocal changing.

To answer a previous comment, Yes! This uses variable sliders to alter pitch and formant (which makes these sound more natural than anything else on the market). Unfortunately, I think the company was stupid to discontinue this item now that their demand and popularity is skyrocketting and I have been trying to replace the one I lost for nearly a year now. If anybody finds anyplace that still has one of these in stock, let me know!
