Subject: Access range OS update
Original Message 1/11 28-Jun-01 @ 01:02 AM - Access range OS update
The free update, which can be downloaded from the Access website
(http://www.access-music.de) contains bug fixes and enhancements.
Furthermore OSR1.01 for the Virus rack has been released. The free update
contains bug fixes and enhancements.
Two brand new sounds sets can be downloaded as well.
- Cosmic Dreamer's "Trance, Goa and Ambient" set consists of 128 highly
authentic dance music patches. It's a must for every composer of
contemporary music.
- US Producer Matthew Stolley contributed a remarkable Drum'n'Bass patch
collection. Just what you need to get some underground vibes...
The impressive user sets underline the sonic variety of the Virus engine.
Whereas the "Trance, Goa and Ambient" set presents today's epic club sounds
in a rather crisp, clean and transparent fashion, the Drum'n'Bass patches
are the perfect companion for an urban, deep dance music underground trip.
The sound sets are compatible with the whole virus series.
With best regards,
Marc Schlaile

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!

theyre never gonna release the A update. why would they. I have a lot of respect for access but dumping support for the older product is WACK
been hearin about that upgrade for FAR too long. Typical 'HEY LOOK WE"RE GONNA DO THIS' and then dont do it

http://www.access-music.de/events/03-2001/support_virusa_os28_status.php4
shows the actual status of OS 2.8, i guess you shouldn't be too pessimistic.
Between the first advertising and the release of OS 4 were several months too.
