Good article Here that explains it quite well. The article is a little odd in that it does almost appear a little too liberal about the whole anti-chav movement. In my direct experience, Chavs bludge money, cigarettes & alcohol, steal, and are unnecessarily violent, and that's what I thought the whole anti-chav movement was about. The fact that these little buggers are just out to make everyone else�s life, at the very least, uncomfortable is a fair enough reason for a hate campaign if you ask me. I'm not going to go out and start lynching the first wearer of burberry that I find, but I believe that we should be allowed to use the Internet to, safely and secretly, abuse them as we see fit.
