Just want to say I bought the Supernova about 5 months ago. Never looked back. It's an amazing synth and has been for me problem free. I've been lucky with synths so far but the SN has been the best of the bunch.

You people are such lucky bunches. You get to have the synth you want and you have the monet to do it. man this world is unfair and is so messed up. I cant get a synth even if it means life or death.

If you can't get a synth, why not go to a studio that has one? Or go to a community college and use their synths, and take a cheap Electronic Music class to learn synths?

Or, see Mr Friendly Bank Manager. They're falling over each other offering loans at the moment.

I'm a very happy owner of Supernova as well! An amaizing sound! I've read here a lot about the biggest competitor to Supernova, Virus with a great interest. ;-)
What I have found is...hmm... very cool.
virus going to be available as a plug-in
for Pro Tools in January!
I'm going to have it as well.
Phil! Do make SoundDiver for Supernova
ASAP because Virus going to be a very
infectious! ;-)

Supernova is THE synth for the 21st century. Amazing wave-mangling, distortion, real-time control and, most of all, incomparable _sound_ -- it's as distinctive as a Bechstein grand (though it sounds nothing like! ).

BTW there's a cool piece at SOS-Online from one of the recent issues with someone who was involved with Chris Hugget in the days of the OSCar -- reading it over you can see that some of the thinking that went into that unique instrument has been carried forward into this amazing synth.

Regards,

rt

Even cooler!

The man is a genius, surrounded by more genius. Kind of a little genius circle, I'd say.

Well anyways, it's late. I remain astonished and grateful for the results of decades of hard work in the face of adversity, etc. etc.

Carry on!
