Ive seen the specs on the Pinnacle card by Turtle Beach and they look good. Though I have not heard of anyone actually using it. I also read a snippit from magazine about Turtle beach not having all of the software for accessing the synths done yet.
Does anyone know whats up with that?
Also, if anyone knows of a compairable card please let me know..

er........... well, none of my synths play games either ??........er,....... the Terratec has a 3d surround sound games system inside...... with multi-fx, and a mega synth...... so yes....

I've been looking into getting a SampleCell II PCI. It sounds like you've used one, so here goes :

What's wrong with the filters? Are they resonant?

How good are the FX? Are there individual real-time FX for each o/p, or just globally?

Can you (for example) control the filter sweep in real-time via MIDI Continuous Controllers?

Are there any other issues with the card? I know it only takes 30pin SIMMS, but I've got 24MB of them lying around anyway, so that's not an issue for me...

DOES anybody know if the kurzweil library patch and the pinnacle patch editor (beta 6) are the same? IF not, where can i download this fantastic editor that yer talkin' bout, mr. SampleCell?
