My drumstation (mkI) seems to have many glitches. The most disturbing one being it deciding to randomly sqeel like a pig during our live performances. There seems to be no regular trigger to make it do this and no way to make it stop but to turn it off and back on. (which can be quite annoying with no power switch). Anotheer annoying glitch is it decides to lock up for no reason. Has anyone else had these problems? Is there a reliable way around them?

I can't hear any sound out of my DrumStation (V1) after a while I'm working with it.
Midi datas are received (Midi led flashes) but the sound magically (dramatically) disappear!
No control parameters are sent to the DS (Volume...)
Everytime it happens I have to turn it off, but unfortunately the problem is getting esponential.
So I have to keep it turned off for more and more minutes everytime.
Please Help!
THANKS

Nicko,

Your unit may need to be serviced...please contact your Italian Distribution.

Musicjunk,

Check your version of OS. Do this by holding down AutoTrigger and power up...the display should show 13, if it's 10,11 or 12 you need upgrading. This is an eprom and needs to be fitted by an engineer.
