Just a quick bitch, promise. Did anyone see the footage from a couple of days ago, where a bigwig american general was hyping up the troops?
He walked out onto the stage to Queens 'We will rock you". So imagine the scene. All the troops are rocking, cheering and shouting to the Queen track - and then the general appears. The music is softened and everyone goes quiet. He says " Boys, when the president gives the word.....its HAMMER TIME". Cue "whoahohohohohohohohhoh" from the troops. It was funny. Like a Rocky film.

it's heavily symbolic that the greatest amount of us/british injured have been either us flying into each other or fraggin our own officers and such...a la the ol viet nam scene.
