Hey,

I recently bought a secondhand drumstation v1 unit and I like it, but it freezes a lot. Usually one or two times a day. Is this normal?
If not, what could it be?

Why is there no on/off switch on the drumstation?

they charged you fucking $70 for a power supply? jesus thats criminal!

people...these things are replaceable with parts from your local electronic store. You just need to get the amperage, polarity, and connector correct

say 12v at 1.2ma with a 1.5mm connector. and itll have a designated polarity too. You can go a bit higher on the power but dont go lower.

well, higher on the amp (ma/A) rating, not on the voltage

mmmm...sounds like Ive been conned - that was 70 pounds (sterling)...if only I discovered you lot on this forum sooner :-). well nice to know you are all out here. feels like home.

thats still ridiculous. sorry but it is. that sort of power supply would be like $15-$20 US here

OR you could spend 10 bucks on a radioshack one that was near what you needed and used a simple resistor...
