Yeah, they need to start putting knobs and faders on the boxes that all our favorite software comes in. Square boxes are so trite.

baastian - the next big thing will be combination boxes which combine variable architecture sampling and synthesis with audio input and output capabilities... think a Korg Triton or MPC4000 times 10 combined with a Emagic/Mackie control surface, but much more affordable.

I only have a k2500 and a nova. If they could combine them both in a box with a rex file player and solid live sequencer, THAT would be the box.

why doncha get an old s/h cheap s1000 and export the rex files to that for live?

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!
