thanks for the feedback... I am going to try to have a begining part for 12-16 bars with filtered drums, an airy synth sound, i am going through my roommates scratch records and i think we have " break it down like this" so i am going to chop it and make it to "break like this" hope it will sound ok... filter them. and my room mate is going to do some scracthing... hope it will be good....

i found the sample on my hard drive...i dont know where i got it from ..My friend brought a sample cd long time ago, it might be it... i layered it with another bass and distort it and run through notch filter...i think...
See.. when i get bored i go around and collect drum and other kind of samples, chop them, comp them... whatever. and i live them on my harddrive for future use...

Sorry...no synth programing...

I didnt see your gear list..do you have any synths?

naught wrong with usin a sampler though..and actually...there ARE "synth skills" in there. You used distortion, a notch filter, etc and layered it as well. not really much different than you would do with any other "synth"

I have an electribe ea1 but i am selling it this week..
My roland jx3p is not with me now...
The whole track is done on reason.. I used midi keyboard controller and a peavey pc1600 controller...
I have an es1 too but never use it... I want a a4000 or s5000 or a new emu.... but got no money.. so i got reason.. i really like it... but if i had choice it would be a4000 and waldorf pulse... ( i might get them next year....)
I just started spending time with reasons synth...
It is pretty cool, can tweak it so many ways.. it confuses me...

man that's slamming !! really slamming !!.. powerful & punchy and the mix sounds really really good.. very funky in a cool hard way .. protentialy "if u do it right, u might have a hit on your hans .. time to ship out the demos eh..

Yeah... If I get it right... I am working on a another track... If anyone wants to do a split demo cd in next cuple of months.... nu skool/breaks... Let me know...
i found a aplace that eill do 50cdrs with fullcolor print on cd (no cd labels) with cshell cases for 100$...

you know..if youre gonna do a demo...might be better to at least do it with someone from your area...kinda reprezent your "scene" and all...

or, if theres no one, then do it on your own. You can afford $100 cant ya?
