yeah it's ok, but the drums... could be more interesting samplewise mebbe?

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!

I used? There are no loops in the song at all.

yeah that part B or whatever around 3 minutes, glad there's a change up. Anyway, it's dope I think. actually I'm digging this 2nd part, b-line, etc, the most.

yet another high quality track by a DT artist....
excellent wit' da horns and vocals.

I like the drum sounds... I keep playing with garage-type sounds, but they don't come out well in any garage-type breaks I've been making... too d&b-sounding, even at the slower tempo... I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but it's buggin me...

someone mentioned here once that UK garage drums sometimes have some hits pushed off the beat a few ticks to add a little odd feel.... do you do any of that? that little stop start every now and then in the beat is so cool...

Thanks ghost b! For that "swingy" feel I set the swing setting to 65% in my MPC. I believe most sw sequencer also have various quantization (swing) setting one can use. Thanks again for your comment.

I hear you influx. I am just trying to expand my horizons. Funny you say that tho' because as a matter of fact I am currently working on a dnb tune with Coco. It sucks tho', because I grew in Italy where house was always the dominant form of dance music, and therefore became my main influence.
