Yeah, it's nice to please others too.

This song reminds me of some kinda bondage or rough sex...... intence, slightly painful.

Not one goose was harmed in the recording of this song.

I dig Depeche Mode "the dead of night", it had a tad bit of influence.

havent heard it

I think part of the problem is the discord..the relationship between the notes in the lead. they just dont sound right together. maybe they do to you.

sitar..I think you follow through;) its just funny how many times you say "cant do it now but will tomorrow"

I listened. The thing I like in it is the vocal. I agree with Roller8. You have stuff in your repertoire that this piece doesn't live up to, although you could probably work on this piece and take it to other levels. At my last job I also worked on the weekends and had the run of the place. There was a real nice stereo system with big Bose speakers. I'd have cds playing all day long. Orbital's Snivilization has 2 tracks on it which would cause me to run from wherever I was and hit the skip button. One of them is this grunge guitar thing. If I had a cd of yours this would be one of those tracks, although I think theirs was worse. But still, it's something you put together with care. I can respect that.

run and hit skip.

haha. I do that. OH SHIT NOT THAT TRACK! phew

you promise no geese were hurt?

you know..for constructive criticism...Id say it sounds unfinished..a little hurried. Some more drumwork with a little more high-end percussion to fill the space just a little?

i took it as an allegory of a developing life form; the stringy sounding lead being very physical. it experiments and starts to develop and becomes self concious of developing.. this moment correlates with the rush of noise.. possibilities to the infinite echoing off in an infinite space. but from then on, the creature proceeds in the form it had developed before self awareness - a hideous tale of entrapment within the body from a buddha trapped by eight ways.

At least it's not another attempt to imitate someone else's already formulaic approach to music! No boundaries it's the name of the game isn't it?

rhea..you tryin to be sarcastic with me?

I dont care about genres or formulas necessarily even though I dont claim to be a groundbreaker, but I do think things should sound good!
