Is it still looking on target for the end of September?

I hope so since I'm still waiting for a solution to the bloody auto-glide bug.

I've hassled Nick at Novation again.

Hopefully he'll give us an update.

Maybe it might help Novation if we listed here all the bugs in detail that we know of.

Actually, my own experience has been that I've had very little trouble with my SNII.

Actually, Nick @ Novation has confirmed the bugs I know about, so hopefully they'll be fixed.

Sure. Let's list the bugs...

My SN2 crashes sometimes on boot. A few part leds light up and that's it. It's not an hardware problem, because I heard more people have experienced this.

The glide function doesn't behave like it should.

Those are the 2 main bugs I know about...

I don't think that the rack suffers from the same boot problem (or at least I haven't seen it so far).

Mine does - I get the SuperNova 24 Voices print on screen, and that's as far as it goes. Restarting sorts it out, though I'm worried that some day it might not!

Looks like the wait for the new OS is taking a similar road as the OS for SN1.

Bloody hell, Novation promised fixes for the SN2 bugs in a new OS this time last year!

Not impressed.

I have a couple of other bugs in my board. The first is rotary, sometimes after voice alteration the dials have to be set to zero before they will change the settings. Second is the cracking in the reverb as you go higher or lower of if you just change type you get a poping sound. The third is when using filter o/d and distortion effect it breaks up sound.

I've discovered a new bug too... the delay refuses to be more delayed than 48 midi clocks.
Never tried this before, so that's the reason I didn't notice it until know.
Anyone else experiencing the same?
