I didn't realise how close the camera's would actually be to all the action. I realise that technology has advanced since the last Gulf war but "wow", it really brings the destruction to your front door. We are also hearing, on the evening news, reporters who are actually advancing with the front line troops. War TV is scary.

Yup, have you read the document? After all it is the ideological basis of the Bush administration.. in fact they even quote bits of it verbatim in white house policy documents..

Just saw some Al Jazeera footage on the news showing those US P.O.W.... they said Rumsfeld forbids to have it shown in the US. Sooo keen to show Baghdad being ironed out by bombs, but when the real illustration of war comes knocking on the publics' door he keeps it shut.sheesh
