Hey grmbl, you get a life. How often do you find the manufacturers of kit asking the users what they want in future products or what can be improved in current products. It's comments like yours that would stop this happening altogether.

The reason I got on to this topic was to determine if the real estate on the front panel of the Drumstation was more valuably used by an extra knob or a headphone socket or power switch.

From this discussion, both could be redundant, Therefore allowing even more contol.
