ave a listen to
"the infinity project" or "tip world"(xselent)
"code 4"(american)
'JUNO REACTOR" (biggeee")
"man with no name"
some "halucinogen"(sphongle)
"TOTAL ECLIPSE"
goa is a gruve not necessarily with tablas etc
usually 4 onthe floor and using 3/16 repeat
plus various shuffles. and PADS!!!!
commonly called goa cuz all the dudes(usually dj's) who made
it were at the big parties on the beach at goa (portugese india)
(heaps of acid and fluffy music!!!! wicked times shame there gone(sigh!)
anyway lots of them went on to create more wicked tracks back in england france GERMANY and us
the DEA closed the goa gruves
THEN GOA FANNED OUT ACROSS THE WORLD
we had heaps of very similar parties here in nth coast oz in the middle nineties
but never as big as the goa shindigs

Brett, that's exactly what I'm talking about, being able to feel the distance apart from the notes, and thus getting a better understanding of why the changes in frequencies over time invoke feelings. Good stuff.

brett, it just takes practice. you'll get there easy. i don't really visualise colors for tones but i can still usually recognize intervals. after a while they just stick in your head.

then they won't go away. ;)

I never did find any info from Jeff Berlin. Also, I know it's practice and time.
