I want to know where I can find samples of
drums, basses etc.., in 44,1 HZ, the file-format
doesn't mather only it works on a PC.
And yes I have downloaded all samples from
Dancetech!

There are links to loops on this site. Also some on this site.
For software you could try

Hammerhead- riddim loop creator/drum machine
Multiquence-multitrack Hdisk recorder,mixer,fx,seq
ReBirth-303 808 delays distortion
Goldwave-editor,manipulator etc

Shitloads of others too Makin Waves, Fruity Loops ACID etc etc
Just look round this site. You'll find links to these and many others.
