I think it might be avaliable on an Akai effects board but dont quote me.... I'm usually wrong.

I think the question should be:

Are there any samplers that don't do portamento? I personally don't know of any that don't do this.

same here... all ther ones i know of do it.... as long as it accepts midi, and has basic synthesis, it should be included
