Apart from the money thing is there any other reason why u want 2 sell the nova? I mean Novas have depreciated quite a lot, but i think recently there are a lot of things that have been hit hard price wise, a very good example would be the Yamaha A3000, i bought mine 2nd hand for £550 and u can get the 4000 brand new now 4 only a little bit more, but a lot of synths have depreciated a lot lately, another example would b the Waldorf XT (which i wanted b4 a bought my Nova) i mean these units r only about £500 2nd hand now and i think when i got my Nova the Waldorfs 2nd hand were about £750 ish.....
Maybe keep the Nova and wait 4 the new O/S then maybe it`ll go up in price or u will not b able 2 part with it cause the new features do sound pretty fuckin cool !!!!!!!!!!

I have always liked the sleekness of it. I have played all the other VA's on the market and my favorites are the ms-2000(not enough polyphony) and the virus. The korg really does the most authentic modeling IMO. And the smothing feature on the virus allows a much smother sweep than the Nova. The thiness of the Virus appeals to me as well. The nova has a warmer fater sound, and unfortunaly so does all the other gear I have. So it tends to get burried under the mks-80. Even new I liked the virus more than the nova, right after I got it, but I thought I would have the money for both, and things happened and I came up short. So i have always I really love the virus. I might hang on to it, and wait for a cheap virus to pop up. But I do need some cash. I'll be working again soon I hope. CIS degree. I wish I went back to school two years earlier. The job market is in the shitter for someone with little experience.
