just a quick orientation.. dt's been around for ages as a resource to electronic musos, esp. those on a budget.. so if you use the front door, you'll find a near overwhelming array of options.. from building (and tweaking......) a pc, or maybe speakers.. repairing your h/w synth.. sequencing, mixing, recording tips galore.. years and years of threads with tips on everything.
you don't have to join dt to use the forums. if you sign up (nothing fancy) you can attach files to the posts (100k = enough room to attach .se1 files to the post) upload tracks et al. html and profanity are also available if you reg
there's def. a community here if you're looking for tips on shopping tracks or whatever.
dancetech is intended to be a user-based (and ultimately user-configurable) forum, so if you want a feature, drop k (the admin) a line.

it's gone up to 500kb - larger items such as actual VSI's or vst-fx can also be added if we give you a file-access front for the forum.
