sdk kit to develop your own modules, ie. physical modeling oscs, transwaves, filter algs to your taste, whatever, i guess..

tried synthedit lately?

i downloaded the xp version, did save as vst and it crashed.  

where's all those synthedit people? sheep!

Bedwyr, which VST host are you using?

well, logic, but it never got that far. synthedit crashed when i did save as vst on the file that's auto loaded when you first run synthedit.

Which version of Synthedit?

Latest release version is 0.67 and the latest beta is 0.75. I'm running the XP beta version in Windows XP Pro here, rarely ever crashes though.

Which Windows version do you have?

beds fyi there's been a good few dozen betas of se in the last few months.. often a beta will come out a day after the last because of a bug like 'vsts compiled w/xp crash' et al.

i've got a few versions saved if the latest won't do it.

version 0.67 - thing is, i just did the exact same thing again and it didn't crash. i'll have a play tomorrow.
