Has anyone successfully used Alchemy 3.0 to do sample dumps to an Akai S950?
I can get samples from my Akai S950 but I am unable to send them back.
I've tried everything possible from cables to different macs to different midi drivers.
Since Passport designs no longer exists there is no way to get tech
support.
Was there a bug in Alchemy 3.0?
Any Help would be appreciated.

Hi Kris! 3.0 does work with a s950
but not under OMS. You must select
the midi driver option in your
preferences dialog (under the action
menu.) Also make sure the the basic
midi channel on the S950 (find by
pressing the midi button) is set to
the same channel on which you are
transmitting from your macintosh.
