I need a piece of hardwear that does what ACID does. I need to load samples saylike 12 samples. Arrange in to a song and hit play and have it play whole song, so band can play along with it, can this be done with MPC 2000?

Also I know it loads with floppies, can you just use a ZIP and load from there faster for on stage use?>

1. yes - but it wont auto-timestretch the loop-sounds like acid does,.. if you set it up with sounds for a song, yes it'll play it back ok, and yes you can have several songs in the unit at once as samples and midi songs...

2. yes
