Man i just got this thing and I also have a pc, midi interface, mackie 1402 plus a synth and drum machine soon. How do I put it all together?

I actually just got similar equiptment as well. I posted about the same question on the "Music tech chat" forum. Look there for info on hooking it up.

try the: 'SEQUENCER & MIDI' page in ARTICLES for the midi-loop wire up, - also 'MIXERS & MIXING' page....for the variations of recording to the pc with mixer configs

I also got a S950 and a Mackie 1202 VLZ. Is this house heaven or what?? Resample and eq and you got it!!

please anyone help me
i cant fix my disk drive i sourced a drive from a local electronics shop with adjustable jumpers on the back but i still cant get it to work
if anyone can give me a cost effedtive solution ill praise them for life*

*no i won't (but i will think of them highly)

Since what I've heard, you can use ol' Atari disc drives to replace S900 ones.... The disc drive on S900 is supposed to b a really tricky one to replace... S950 is supposed to b easier, since it's 1.44 Mb.... Hell, what do I know...

you should be able to get a drive from akai surely? - call the distributor for your territory.
