I've just acquired a s/h s3000xl, but I was wondering if anyone has any reccomendations for a good solid scsi card for my PC (at a good price). Bear in mind that I only need it for transferring samples, as my UDMA hardrive is good enough for my present needs. Thanks

U dont need a good scsi card, my son. I use a shitty one (adaptec ISA AVA1505), it cost me 30 sovs and hasn`t given me a moments trouble at the end of a chain with my sampler, zip and ext cd rom. The only problem with it was that it came with DOS drivers only - all thw windows stuff u need is at the adaptec site, but they`re a little bit backward in coming forwards when it comes 2 telling u exactly what u need 2 get it running - u need the windows ASPI drivers and a program called sparrow.exe, or something like that.
