How much should I be paying for a second hand S2000 with effects and memory upgrade in the UK? Also if I was to buy a new one from the States, can anyone over there advise me on how much I would have to pay?

Thanks
Graeme

Is that brand new with all the effects and memory, etc?

^^^^^

According to them, it's $699 new. That doesn't include maxing out the memory (do it yourself and save cash. It shouldn't cost more than $100 max.) According to Zzounds.com:

Filter Board 339
Output expander 249
Effects 289

This is all new, in the states. www.ishibashi.co.jp has Akai expanders ridiculously cheap (at least they used to).

I would also recommend thinking about not getting the FX, especially if you have the extra outs. You could get external effects for less money with better sound quality, and having the individual outs means you can assign whatever sounds you like to the effects boxes - ie you don't lose much of the convenience of having it internally.

Good luck!
