Subject: AWE64 NRPN ??

The tool AWEToy does the job anyway, but only on one channel at the time, is this a limitation of the AWEToy or of the soundcard? I'd appreciate any answers allso e-mail'ed to me.

16277 = Filter
16278 = Resonance
I have found values 0-127 work but your losing the very top end of the frequency. NRPN's have really strange values like 0-65000 or something.
Quickest way to test this...
go into Edit mode (list display)
hit the 'Insert' (on ya keyboard) a couple of times
move the cursor over where it says note and hit 'Enter'
change the note into an NRPN
then change the number following the NRPN into one of the no's above.
Easiest thing to do is set yourself up a new instrument definition that specifies the nrpn's. Then when you come to use 'Insert series of controlers' the new nrpn's appear in the list.
