i have a gina and its my only sound card and i think software synths like generator, giga are not gonna work with it as it doesent have direct sound
(i really dont know as i havent even tried yet)...so i want to get a cheap secod sound card which can also host a db50xg....and output the sound from the softsynths(generator)so i can use the gina for something like logic and the second card for the soft synth and the synchronization shouldnt be a problem as both cards are running different applications.......i've come across a tb montego used for a very good price but its the a3dxtreme so i dont know what the difference is between the plain montego....if any one has this
can u please tell me if it is compatiable with generator (directxsound)

The Montego should work. So should the MX300 and the SB Live value. Any sound card with hardware direct sound drivers should work.
