I have the opportunity to purchase an EIII for a fair price...
However, before I throw $500 down (it,even as a bare sampler will more than replace my akai s2000), I have one question some of you may be able to help me with...
I've scoured the internet and I've heard a few references to the Digital Processing, but everything has been damn vague.

So...
What digital processing is available on the EIII?
What effects are available?

With the latest version of the EIII Operating System 2.42 you get specific digital processing tools beyond the normal sampling, looping and synthesizer controls.
Namely:
Taper, Gain Change, Reverse, DC Filter,
Tuning, Compressor, Time Compression, Doppler Pan. They are non realtime.
