Hi Folks...
I've got a 1Mb FZ-1 and I want to put an extra meg in there....A few years ago I lookinto making a 1Mb expansion myself and thought that it was possible, and even layed some stuff out. However time caught up with me and I passed nearly all of it over to Stuart R at Imajica....Unfortunately he's not there anymore and I'mn trying to get back the material that I sent him....basically I need some decent photo's of an MB1 memory expansion board and the circuit diagram of the motherboard. I'll be able to selkl these things for about 45 quid fitted. They won't be a straight plug-in like the MB1, the board area alone would be crippling. They'll use 256K SIMM's,.....I did have a go at a 3Mb board and sort of got it working, but it involved a lot of surgery on my motherboard to get it even close to working, and that was the straw that brole the camels back really....anyway....anyone interested contact me, if you've got any useful docs then so much the better. I've got all the optional software in exchange, and also and Atari editor as well IIRC.....
