If you have loaded up a mixermap, you have to define a mixertrack in your arrangement. To do this, create a new track, set left and right locator at the beginning of the song / end of the song. Doubleclick the empty track to create a new one. Set the track-class to MIXERTRACK (click at the note symbol in front of the track name and you will get the choice for different track class parameters). Once defined the track class as mixertrack, doubleclick the track and the mixermap you have loaded will open.
For more details about using these maps (mixing up a song, change mixerevents to real midi controller events, create snapshots etc.) have a look at the manual (or do you have a crackz-version??).
