Somebody, please have an answer!!!
I record my first rough track (usually drums) to the click on the transport window. Then I shut the click off and play it back to hear it. When I want to record another track and have it play back in sync, I have to play to the click again.

I don't want to have to mute my drum track to have to record other tracks in sync.

What I would like to do is have it set up like my old analog gear where I can play in sync and have it play back after being recorded, in sync.

I'm sure someone out there knows a simple solution. I'm hoping so.

Hi!

....... hmmmm, where´s the problem?
just choose another track, click to record in the
transport window, enable click in the transport field, listen to the track you´ve been recorded before and start playing. If you want to record another drum-track, set the track you record to Midi channel no. 10 (playback on 10 while recording to 10).

That´s all. If you want to sync with external equipment, don´t forget to set the correct sync. options and activate the sync button in transport field.

Ciao and good luck

Clemens
