Being new to the "larger costing synthesizers" (me)...i have small questions...
Well, ive already ordered my Virus b, and am IMPATIENTLY waiting for it (along w/ReBirth,CubaseVBS,and a midi keyboard)(i have a sampler already too)...i was just wondering if this will do for the "Ambient/Trance/dance-type" sounds i want to pump....if it isnt, please inform me of what Synthesizer i am looking for!!! thanks

The Virus B should be fine but if its not what you thought then get the Novation Nova or Supernova if you can afford it. I Here its great for the styles you mentioned. Though im not saying the Virus is Bad though.

Crusty,

It will definitely do. Spend LOTS of time with it before you rush off to buy another/different instrument. You've just invested in an amazing synth, don't sell it short before you've even given it a chance.
