Need some feedback on Goa/Psy /Progressive Trance producers using the CS6X in their setup
i have a few setup questions ..
1.setup- Roland JP8000 , Roland XP-60 , Yamaha CS6X ,
Korg Er-1 , Mackie 1402 - P500 128mb of RAM ,DMAN PCI sound card w/ midi in and out -running Cake Walk pro audio 9 ..
say i want to start working on tracks and have cakewalk as the MASTER
how should the midi's go?

i want it set up so i can just highlight a track from cakewalk and only the instrument assigned to that channel be heard.
